Shipping:

-Once the package has been confirmed delivered to your address by the shipping company, the package is now in your possession. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement.

-Packages will be delivered to the provided address at time of shipping. We are not liable for keying errors, or missing information.

-All our orders are shipped with a tracking number (signature requested within Canada, international at extra cost).

-Packages sent back to us due to incorrect address provided, or returned to sender for any reason, will be charged a fee of $10.

-All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days, once shipped you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.

Canada: 

-Anywhere in Canada $15

-Anywhere in Canada FREE Standard shipping  with orders  of $250 or more.

-FREE Standard shipping Canada wide with order of $450 or more

USA: 

-Express Shipping (3-5 days) anywhere in the USA is CAD$35 (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

-All orders over CAD$250  ship for FREE (Standard Shipping)

-Standard Shipping (5-7 days) anywhere in the USA is CAD$40 (excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

International: 

Orders $250+ get regular Mail (5-40 Days) for $70 CAD*

-SAINTLO BY US  is not responsible for any Customs Fees, Duties or any other shipping-related fees incurred on all orders.

-Please note purchase location greatly affects transportation time. We will always do our best to process your order as fast as we can, but we cannot assure a specific delivery window.

30 Day Return Policy:

-SAINTLO BY US wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned at any point within 30 days from the original invoice date.

-Online orders-30 calendar days from when package reached your shipping address or when shipping notice was issued.

-Curbside pick-up- 30 calendar days from the day the item was available for pick up.

-To receive a refund for the full value of your purchase, products must be returned in new,  store-bought condition, not worn within 30 days from the original invoice date.

-Damaged and or used shoes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

-Products cannot be returned beyond 30 days from delivery date as marked on shipping service tracking record, or date of curbside pick up notification.

-Shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping:

-Returns within Canada are free of charge. Please send us an email hello@saintlobyus.com with your order number, reason for return, and a return label will be provided. Please note you must reach out within 15 days from delivery date to receive a complimentary label, and items must reach our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.

-We do not support international returns at the moment, items must be shipped back to us at your cost. All fees related to return shipping must be covered by the shipper, we do not cover these fees. Please send us an email at hello@saintlobyus.com with your order number, reason for return, and we will provide a shipping address. Returns must be at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.

-For returns please contact us at hello@saintlobyus.com  including your order number, full name used on order, item, and reason for return. Return address will be provided once return is confirmed.
